Beyond the Bloodline is the true story of a man who survived the pain of family be-trayal- a betrayal that could have broken him, but didn't. Instead, it became the fuel that propelled him to break generational patterns, hold on to his faith, build strong character, and walk in his God-given purpose.
This is not just my story.
It's a blueprint for anyone who has been wounded by the very people who were supposed to love and protect them.
What if the next three years of renting could become your path toward homeownership?
DON’T JUST RENT: CREATE A PATH TO OWNERSHIP presents a practical 36-month lease-option strategy for renters who want to prepare for purchasing a home. Chief Counselor Chaz explains how to negotiate a lease with an option to buy while using the three-year period to save money, strengthen credit, reduce debt, and prepare for mortgage qualification.
Inside this book, you will learn how to:
• Find a suitable property and approach the homeowner
• Research ownership, title, liens, taxes, and property condition
• Negotiate a 36-month lease and purchase option
• Establish the purchase price and option period
• Understand rent and negotiated purchase credits
• Maintain accurate payment and credit records
• Build savings for a down payment and closing expenses
• Prepare for financing, inspections, appraisal, title work, and closing
The strategy follows a simple three-year mission:
YEAR ONE—BUILD
YEAR TWO—STRENGTHEN
YEAR THREE—PURCHASE
The book also includes a homeowner presentation, lease-option worksheet, 36-month ownership tracker, due-diligence checklist, and closing-readiness checklist.
A lease option does not guarantee financing or homeownership. However, when properly negotiated and documented, it can provide valuable time and a structured path toward purchasing a home.
Don’t just occupy the home. Prepare to own it.
Lease with purpose. Prepare with discipline. Purchase with confidence.

THE PROPER ORDER OF PRAYER
Understanding the Power, Purpose, Authority, and Effectiveness of Prayer
By Chief Counselor Chaz
Many people pray—but how many truly understand how prayer works, why we pray, and the proper order in which we should approach God?
The Proper Order of Prayer goes beyond simply telling believers to pray. It provides practical, Scripture-centered teaching designed to help readers understand the relationship between prayer, faith, righteousness, obedience, responsibility, spiritual authority, and the will of God.
Prayer is not a spiritual vending machine where we make a request and expect God to deliver exactly what we want. Prayer is a relationship. It is communication with God, dependence upon God, and ultimately submission to His wisdom and His will.
Jesus taught His disciples:
“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
Only afterward did He teach them to ask for daily bread.
That order matters.
Throughout this book, Chief Counselor Chaz examines the many dimensions of prayer, including:
• Prayer, petition, supplication, and intercession
• Thanksgiving and confession
• Prayer and righteousness
• Prayer and faith
• Prayer and obedience
• Asking, seeking, and knocking
• Spiritual authority
• Praying in the Spirit and with understanding
• Speaking in tongues and spiritual prayer
• Persistent prayer
• What to do when God says wait—or when the answer is no
• Prayer for healing, direction, family, enemies, and difficult circumstances
• Why prayer does not replace personal responsibility
• How procrastination, disobedience, wrong motives, unforgiveness, and repeated sin can affect the prayer life
• How to build a prayer in proper biblical order
• The Seven-Part Prayer
• The Prayer of Submission
This book also addresses one of the most difficult questions believers face:
What happens when I pray and the answer does not come?
Sometimes God changes the circumstance. Sometimes He gives us direction to change the circumstance. And sometimes God uses prayer to change the person who is praying.
Readers are encouraged not only to ask God for answers, but also to examine themselves:
What am I asking for?
Why am I asking for it?
Is it consistent with God's will?
Is there something God requires me to do?
Am I willing to wait?
Am I willing to act?
And am I willing to accept God's answer?
With 48 chapters, practical prayer demonstrations, exercises, key principles, and a Biblical Prayer Index, The Proper Order of Prayer is designed to be more than a book you read once. It can serve as a continuing resource for personal devotion, Bible study, prayer groups, ministry teaching, and spiritual growth.
Prayer is not merely about getting an answer.
It is about learning how to approach the One who gives the answer.
Time to Consider Your Deathbed by Chief Counselor Chaz Watkins is a thought-provoking Christian exploration of the three dimensions of human existence: the body, the mind, and the spirit.
This book begins with the physical body—the remarkable system that carries us through life but eventually reaches its limits. It then moves into the mind, examining how our thoughts, memories, fears, decisions, regrets, relationships, and choices influence the life we live.
But the journey does not end with the body or the mind.
The book moves deeper into the spiritual person: identity, works, accountability, salvation, the human spirit, the Holy Spirit, and the question of what ultimately governs our lives. Through Scripture and revelational teaching, Chief Counselor Chaz Watkins challenges readers to consider what may matter most when possessions, titles, accomplishments, and earthly distractions can no longer define them.
The deathbed becomes more than a place where life ends. It becomes a powerful viewpoint from which to examine life while there is still time to change it.
What will you remember?
What will you regret?
Who will you need to forgive?
What will your works say about you?
What relationship have you developed with God?
And if today were your final opportunity to prepare—would you be ready?
Time to Consider Your Deathbed is not written to make readers afraid of death. It is written to awaken them to the value of life.
You do not have to wait until your deathbed to examine how you are living. The time to consider your deathbed is while you still have time to do something about it.
MARRIAGE BEYOND LOVE
Commitment Is Stronger Than Feelings
What happens to a marriage when the feelings that brought two people together begin to change?
Love can bring two people together. Attraction can create desire. Romance can lead to a wedding. But none of those things, by themselves, can guarantee a marriage that survives decades.
Marriage requires something deeper: commitment.
In Marriage Beyond Love, Chief Counselor Chaz challenges one of today's most common ideas about relationships—that personal happiness and romantic feelings alone are enough to sustain a lifelong union.
Marriage is not simply about finding the right person. It is about learning how to know, understand, grow with, forgive, communicate with, and remain committed to another human being through the changing seasons of life.
This book examines marriage from practical, historical, relational, and biblical perspectives while addressing the realities of relationships in today's changing world.
Inside, you'll explore:
• Why love and attraction alone cannot carry a lifetime
• Why commitment may become stronger than changing feelings
• The importance of knowing yourself before trying to understand your spouse
• Male and female differences without reducing people to stereotypes
• How expectations can quietly damage relationships
• The truth behind the “three-year” challenge and “seven-year itch”
• Communication, conflict, forgiveness, trust, and rebuilding
• Money, intimacy, temptation, aging, and changing attraction
• Marriage through different stages of life
• Same-sex marriage and changing definitions of marriage, discussed with clarity and respect
• The difference between biblical covenant and civil marriage
• Why Christian conviction should never become condemnation
• Why commitment does not mean tolerating violence, coercion, or abuse
• How prayer, humility, self-examination, forgiveness, and spiritual growth can strengthen a marriage
• Why growing old together can become one of life's greatest accomplishments
Chief Counselor Chaz presents a central principle throughout the book:
You did not marry a finished person—and neither did your spouse.
People change. Bodies change. Careers change. Finances change. Families change. Sexual relationships change. Health changes. Dreams change.
A lasting marriage requires two people who are willing to continue discovering who they are becoming.
Rather than concentrating exclusively on changing your spouse, Marriage Beyond Love challenges you to first examine the person in the mirror.
What do I need to change?
What am I contributing to our conflict?
Have I stopped listening?
Have I stopped growing?
Have I allowed disappointment to become contempt?
And what can I do to begin rebuilding?
Written from a Christian perspective while respectfully addressing the realities of modern relationships, this book is designed both to be read from beginning to end and used as a marriage reference guide when particular challenges arise.
Marriage is not built in a wedding ceremony.
It is built through years of choices.
Love may start it. Commitment must carry it. And both people must keep building.

THE HOLY LANGUAGE: Speaking in Tongues
The Holy Language is a Scripture-centered examination of speaking in tongues—one of the Bible’s most discussed, misunderstood, and sometimes abused spiritual gifts.
Beginning with the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2, Chief Counselor Chaz examines how the apostles were filled with the Holy Ghost and began speaking “with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” The book explains the difference between the recognizable languages heard at Pentecost and the unknown tongue described by Paul in 1 Corinthians 14—a spiritual communication directed toward God that the natural understanding cannot interpret without the gift of interpretation.
Is speaking in tongues merely gibberish? This book addresses that question directly. Although an unknown tongue may sound meaningless to someone who cannot understand it, Scripture teaches that the speaker is communicating with God, speaking mysteries in the spirit, giving thanks, and receiving personal spiritual edification.
Chief Counselor Chaz presents tongues as a holy prayer language and a spiritual instrument that can strengthen the inward person, deepen prayer, and increase spiritual sensitivity. He compares it to exercising a spiritual muscle: the believer may not intellectually understand everything taking place, but the spirit is being edified through communion with God.
The book also establishes important biblical boundaries. Speaking in tongues is a gift of the Holy Spirit—not a requirement for salvation, proof of spiritual superiority, or replacement for Scripture, understandable prayer, godly character, obedience, or love. Salvation is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Readers will learn:
• How tongues first appeared in the New Testament
• The difference between known and unknown tongues
• Why tongues should not automatically be dismissed as gibberish
• How tongues can edify the individual believer
• The proper place of tongues in private prayer
• Why public tongues require interpretation
• How to receive without pressure, coaching, or imitation
• How to recognize emotional or counterfeit manifestations
• Why charity and godly character must govern every spiritual gift
• How churches can welcome tongues while maintaining biblical order
The manuscript carefully distinguishes between what Scripture states directly and the author’s personal spiritual convictions. It emphasizes that believers should neither mock a genuine gift nor manufacture an experience they have not received.
Concluding with a powerful prayer of surrender and reception, The Holy Language invites readers to seek God—not merely a manifestation—and to remain open to the Holy Spirit without fear, pride, confusion, or pressure.
Tongues should be received as a gift, practiced as prayer, governed by love, tested by Scripture, and used for the glory of God.
